Stefanie Yuen Thio
Joint Managing Partner at TSMP Law CorporationStefanie Yuen Thio is the Joint Managing Partner of TSMP Law Corporation and heads its corporate practice. Stefanie has almost 20 years of experience as a director of listed entities on the SGX-ST, including as member of audit committees. Stefanie also has a long history of volunteering in charities. Her work in the Sunlight Alliance for Action to tackle online harms, especially those targeted at women and girls, set up by the Ministry of Communications and Information in July 2021, led directly to her founding SG Her Empowerment Limited (SHE) and Institution of Public Character that focuses on empowering women and young girls in Singapore. Stefanie was also a director of Community Foundation of Singapore for 9 years until 2023 where she helped seed the Sayang Sayang Fund to provide emergency assistance to people in Singapore during the Covd-19 pandemic. Stefanie holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.
