Breakfast Club is an initiative from the Leadership Development subcommittee, where participants can glean insights from accomplished females leaders about their careers and leadership journeys, while fostering genuine connections through authentic & raw group conversations held over the breakfast table.
In this second iteration of the YWLC Breakfast Club, participants will hear from 2 speakers on how they can better manage all types of relationships at work - vertically, horizontally and cross-functionally. They will discuss:
- strategies to deal with different personality types, working and communication styles
- how to better navigate conflict in the workplace
- how to build greater trust in relationships at the workplace
