Ms Nadia Ahmad Samdin is currently Counsel and Project Leader at Tri-Sector Associates, a social impact consultancy in Singapore dedicated to finding innovative new models for society to work together to solve the hardest social problems. Other than her legal and regulatory role, she also works on projects involving catalytic capital and blended finance, as well as the Pay for Success model.

Ms Nadia is currently Adviser to Ang Mo Kio GRC Grassroots Organisation and the youngest Member of Parliament in Singapore, representing the Cheng San - Seletar division. She has served on several community organisations and boards including roles in the National Youth Council and the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations. Passionate about supporting families of offenders and juvenile justice in particular, she was a panel adviser for the Youth Court, and a district councillor in the South East Community Development Council. In parliament, she often speaks up on issues such as social mobility, mental well-being in particular for seniors, youth empowerment, marine conservation, and the role of women in society.

Prior to joining politics, Ms Nadia also initiated a programme called the PMBM Scholarship Fund Board’s Top-Up Fund, to ensure underserved students have financial assistance to top up their transport cards to prevent long-term absenteeism.

Ms Nadia graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Singapore Management University, which conferred her with the Rising Star Award for her achievements and contributions to society. She practised corporate law in TSMP Law Corporation for 7 years, and was recognised on Singapore Business Review's 21 Most Influential Lawyers 40 and Under list. Ms Nadia also had a stint as a current affairs producer in Channel NewsAsia, an English language Asian news network.

A serial entrepreneur, Shirley has also successfully co-founded each business and fund under Golden Equator, leveraging more than 20 years of experience in finance across private capital, venture capital, and wealth management areas and her natural flair in business building. Some companies she has created include a multi-family office Golden Equator Wealth; venture capital arm Golden Equator Ventures; personal finance literacy platform The Simple Sum; community-driven shared workspace SPECTRUM; and an app for professional communities Swish.

Serene Gay (Group Country Manager, Regional Southeast Asia at Visa)

Serene is the Group Country Manager for Regional Southeast Asia. In this role she is responsible for overseeing Visa's business across the markets of Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Brunei. She also serves as a member of Visa's Asia Pacific Leadership Team.

Serene joins Visa with more than 20 years of payments experience, of which 17 years were with Citi where she held several regional and market leadership roles across Singapore, Thailand and China. Her most notable roles are Managing Director for Cards and Loans Business in both China and Singapore where she led the business through digital transformation in view of the market disruption. She also developed strategic collaboration work with leading Fintechs. Serene has also held several functional lead roles which include digital banking, marketing and data management.

Goki Muthusamy (Senior Vice President, Head of People, Asia Pacific at Visa)

Goki is currently the Head of People for Visa in Asia Pacific and is responsible for driving all aspects of human resources and talent strategy across the region. Based in Singapore, she is a member of the Asia Pacific Leadership Team.

Prior to this role, Goki was the Vice President of Talent Management at Visa and was responsible for putting in place strategies to modernise our approach to talent reviews, performance management and employee engagement. She joined Visa in 2015, as director, Diversity & Inclusion. In that role, she was responsible for establishing the annual D&I goals, improving the representation and advancement of women and diverse talent in the company. Along her career journey at Visa, she took up additional responsibilities for diversity recruiting and was also a HR business partner for global product.

As an internationally certified behavorial and career consultant, a certified career services provider and a certified job & career development coach, she has spent the past 10 years working with thousands of professionals, graduates and undergraduates in Asia on personal development and career charting. She scouts for upcoming and future trends that will allow her clients to better position themselves, to stay relevant and competitive.

Out of her daily work, she volunteers at Career Development Association of Singapore to advocate career development practices in Singapore, she is also a Youth Mentor at Young NTUC. She is currently spearheading an initiative that aims to empower 1 million lives to do meaningful work for happy and fulfilling lives. She is recognised as an Associate Adult Educator by Institute of Adult Learning by Skillsfuture Singapore.

Charmain is the founder of QuickDesk which provides one-stop digital sales and marketing solutions as well as training for SMEs and business professionals. QuickDesk equips sales and marketing teams with digital tools and solutions to help them close sales more effectively.

"It is not just about giving companies the fish (leads) and fishing rod (digital tools) but to teach them how to fish effectively with the fishing rod." With this belief, besides providing the digital solutions, she also write curriculums and train professionals and business owners in the realm of digital sales transformation.

One of her greatest pride is in seeing more than 250 lives transformed digitally with the Professional Conversion Programme for Digital Sales Executive which was launched in March 2020 in collaboration with SGTECH and NUS Scale with the support for Workforce Singapore. To date, QuickDesk has empowered more over 900 SMEs with digital tools and skills for maximum revenue growth through its Sales and Marketing Automation Solution, integrated services and training. Charmain is also listed in Forbes 30 Under 30 and also featured in Top 100 Women in Tech.

Cheryl is an imperfect human with an infectious laugh. As a dedicated yoga and meditation practitioner, she has a keen interest in understanding various tools and techniques that enable individuals to heal from deep-rooted trauma. Driven by her passions, they have inspired her to create and drive social impact in different communities, mostly in the areas of mental health, trauma and dementia. She also strongly believes in self-care which includes rock climbing and being a dog-mama.

Cheryl is the founder of The Breathe Movement and the Singapore Mental Health Film Festival, a TEDx speaker, an Obama Leader: Asia-Pacific 2019, and an American Express Leadership Academy alumna.

With her background in design and passion for understanding user needs, Ying Ling transitioned from striving for fast growth of a tech startup, Carousell, to building Tech for Public Good at GovTech. Ying Ling's diverse experience working in both public and private companies has given her a unique perspective on user research. She now creates digital products for MOE schools, teachers, students, and parents. She's also an ICF-certified coach who works with young adults to identify their strengths, passions, and values and to create a vision for their future.
