Future Women Leaders Forum 2023

The Future Women Leaders Forum (FWLF) is the Young Women Leadership Connection's flagship event for fresh graduate and undergraduate women in Singapore in their penultimate and final years. The theme for FWLF 2023 is Thriving Together. In this VUCA world, we aim to equip young women with practical tips and strategies to navigate their job searches and eventually to land their desired first jobs, as well as to empower them to thrive together with VUCA - Vision, Understanding, Clarity & Agility.

As we went through The Great Resignation, The Great Layoffs, many youths are feeling anxious about the fast-evolving job market. Many people think the secret to career success is to follow a carefully planned linear path towards our ultimate career goal. But in reality you don't need to have it all figured out. The truth is there is no one path. When we allow ourselves to explore in a squiggle forward motion, leave room for the unexpected, and learn to be comfortable with uncertainty, eventually we find ourselves bouncing back stronger than ever.

Our FWLF is back in 2023 as a 3-hour event and we want to empower our future women leaders to thrive together in this uncertain times.

We kick this off with a Keynote segment where each speaker will share their perspective on resilience. You can expect inspirational storytelling around the theme of Resilience that will equip you with the mindset and tools to do life with confidence.

Next, we have lined up an exciting fireside chat with established female leaders who will share their personal experiences navigating non-linear careers, and offer valuable insights and advice about the diversity of roles in today's market.

Whether you're just starting out in your career, or still trying to figure out what career you want to pursue, this event is for you.
