Karen Loon is a Non-Executive Director and Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of international, cross-cultural experience working with organisations across the Asia Pacific.

Formerly PwC Singapore’s Banking and Capital Markets Leader and a senior Financial Services Assurance Partner and client relationship partner, she is recognised for her work with listed local and multinational bank boards and C-Suites on bank governance, controls and risk management, audit and financial due diligence.

Karen has two decades of board experience with not-for-profit and professional bodies in Singapore. She is an Independent Director, Audit Committee Chair and a Risk Committee member of a Singapore subsidiary of a Swiss private bank and serves on the boards of a number of other professional and non-profit organisations, including the Singapore Institute of Directors. She was a committee member of BoardAgender from 2014 to 2022.

Karen is also passionate about ensuring that both women and those from culturally diverse backgrounds are given the right opportunities to thrive within their organisations. She was formerly PwC’s Singapore and Asia-Pacific Diversity Leader and a member of its Global Diversity Leadership Team. A recognised thought leader and speaker on workplace diversity and inclusion, she regularly shares her views with leading organisations and professional and industry. Her Fostering Culturally Diverse Leadership in Organisations: Lessons from Those Who Smashed the Bamboo Ceiling, was published by Routledge in August 2022.

Karen is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Directors. She has an Executive Master of Change and Certificate in Corporate Governance from INSEAD, and a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Jacqueline is a partner in Milbank LLP’s Singapore office. She was previously resident in the firm’s Hong Kong office.

Jacqueline advises on a wide range of international corporate finance transactions and merger-and-acquisition transactions, and regularly represents sponsors, borrowers and lenders on complex cross-border acquisition finance transactions. She specializes in structuring complex debt and equity transactions for clients both within and outside of Southeast Asia, and regularly advises many of the largest private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, corporates, leading banks and financial institutions in their various transactions globally and in particular throughout Asia.

Jacqueline is consistently recognized by Chambers Asia and Chambers Global as a leading lawyer for her excellence in the areas of Banking & Finance, Restructuring and Insolvency, and Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions (both in Singapore and Indonesia), and is recognized by IFLR1000 as a leading lawyer in the areas of Banking, Energy and Infrastructure, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Project Finance. Jacqueline was recognized by Asian Legal Business as one of the 15 Top Female Lawyers in Asia in 2022, one of the 15 Top M&A Lawyers in Asia in 2021, and by Euromoney's Banking, Finance and Transactional Expert Guide and Legal 500 Asia Pacific as a “Leading Individual” for Indonesia and in Singapore for corporate M&A and restructuring and insolvency. She is described as “outstanding in private equity and big-ticket M&A”.

Raen Lim is Splunk’s Group Vice President of Asia. Based out of Singapore, Raen is responsible for driving revenue growth across key markets in the region.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning sales, market and business development, as well as channel recruitment and enablement, Raen is passionate about using technology to help organizations move forward in their digitization journey and realize outstanding business outcomes.

Prior to joining Splunk, Raen worked at Oracle Corporation, building and growing the cloud applications business across Singapore and ASEAN markets. Raen also served as Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Salesforce, scaling the business in ASEAN by many folds through creating and executing a strong go-to-market strategy, recruiting strong teams and developing the channel ecosystem. Prior to that, Raen had held various sales positions at
Symantec Corporation.

Raen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, majoring in Marketing, from Nanyang Technological University. She also holds a Master of Business Administration degree with Distinction from University of Manchester. Raen also completed executive programs with IESE Business School and University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

Raen is an avid sportswoman, with interests in cycling and running. She also enjoys reading and listening to music, as well as cooking.

Lynn is an investment professional with 12 years of corporate finance and credit investing experience. She is currently a Managing Director at Värde Partners, and has been focused on private credit investments in Asia Pacific over the last 7 years. She also sits on Värde’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council and female investment professional steering committee. She previously spent 5 years in the investment banking corporate finance and special situations lending teams at Credit Suisse.

Lynn is a strong advocate for young women leaders and has been active in women organizations in Singapore. She previously served as the Chairperson and Advisor of the Young Women’s Leadership Connection (“YWLC”) and is a founding member of YWLC’s Alumni Programme. Lynn also served as a SCWO board member and honorary treasurer. She is currently a BoardAgender committee member.

Lynn graduated with First Class Honors in BSc Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She also holds a Master’s Degree in MSc Financial Economics from Said Business School, University of Oxford.
