Khatija, embarked on her journey studying Industrial Design at NUS, where her passion for transforming insights into actionable outcomes was ignited. With over a decade of professional experience, she has made significant contributions to renowned companies like Unilever, working on billion-dollar brands such as Knorr, Wall's, and Lifebuoy and most recently at Zespri.

Inspired by her own experience and the stories of career-driven women, she founded Moxy in early 2023. Moxy (www.itsmoxy.com) is an anonymous and independent platform that has captured the voices of women across 100+ companies. It identifies gaps across key areas of inclusion, enabling companies to make tangible progress towards retaining female talent in their pipeline.


Khatija has showcased her commitment to promoting workplace inclusivity through impactful speaking engagements at Lean In network events, and with companies like LinkedIn, Zespri, and Prudential. Her insights not only offer valuable knowledge but also spark crucial conversations, contributing to the broader discourse on empowering women in professional settings.

As a mother of two daughters, Khatija is deeply committed to creating a world where more women can reach leadership positions and don't have to choose between work and life anymore.

Sonam helps high performers create an operating model for living that enables Performance WITH Peace. A quality of performance that doesn't come at a cost, but from living with radical Authenticity, Peace and Self-Acceptance. She helps individuals understand the mind and master it so they can navigate the noise, clutter and overwhelm of desires, choices and aspirations.

Sonam is an ICF certified Life Coach, IMTA certified Mindfulness Teacher and has also gained training in philosophy studies, therapy and psychometric tools. She has extensively worked with adults and children in the corporate and education sectors. She has experience helping people in different roles and contexts of their lives - be it as a professional, teacher, leader, spouse or parent.
Prior to her work in Coaching & Mindfulness, Sonam had careers in the Financial Services and Sustainability domain. She has worked for the UNEP, Singapore government as well as in the Corporate and Non-profit sectors. She has lived and worked in Europe, South America and Asia.
Aside from being an entrepreneur, Sonam is a parent to two daughters and enjoys playing the bass guitar.

Kim Underhill is an Industrial & Organisational Psychologist, Management Consultant, Keynote Speaker and Executive Leadership Coach. Armed with nearly 30 years international business and management experience. Kim held senior roles managing fortune 500 key accounts and leading change through strategic & organisation development, increasing people effectiveness and business performance.

Kim is the author of “Success Inside Out, Challenge or Choice” a 6-step self-coaching methodology and guidebook. Her 2nd book “New Age Leadership” looks at the holistic approach to becoming effective, influential and inspiring leaders.

Kim was Presidents of Daughters of Tomorrow and Singapore Business & Professional Women’s Association and runs a non-profit campaign Sewing Mums helping women with chronic illness earn a living from home based sewing projects. She currently sits on the Advisory Board of Global Women in PR.

Kim launched her own SHE BRILLIANCE movement in 2021 with a vision created for women to aspire towards a purposeful life and lead change confidently. A platform to encourage more women to step up to advance other women through its Mentorship Programme, Learning & Development Masterclasses and Socially Impactful Networking activities.

Kim holds a Bachelor Degree in Business & Marketing and a Master of Science in Industrial & Organisation Psychology & Human Resource. She is a certified practitioner of Solution Focus Coaching, Results Coaching, Belbin Team Roles and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

In 2021, Kim was recognised as one of the “Successful People in Singapore” by British publication Britishpedia; Straits Times SG Pioneer Women and received the ‘Tough Cookie’ Award at the Singapore 40over40 Inspiring Women campaign. She was one of “Women Icon Asia” in 2018.
