Vigneswari is a multi-passionate doer, continually looking out for and pursuing what ignites her flame. She brings passion to her work on health policy matters. Her valued expertise encompasses healthy aging and sustainable health financing, and she has developed strategies for clients across a spectrum of industries, including major life sciences companies, insurance companies, and governments in the Asia-Pacific region. She also speaks at key industry events on innovations to strengthen universal health coverage.
Vigneswari is a firm believer that my professional work and personal projects should be tied to social impact in some way. When not on the job, she leads and drive community projects, enjoy hiking, travelling to unchartered places, and discovering the joys of introspective writing, self-reflection and growth.

Kristen has a background in communications and learning & development, in both the private and public sector. She honed her skills in grant-making in a corporate foundation where she contributed in programme monitoring & evaluation and capability development work.
Kristen volunteers with Beyond Broken Brains – a support group for traumatic brain injury survivors and care-givers.
She enjoys her runs, HIIT sessions and caffeine – in no particular order.

Sharon is currently the Chief Operating Officer of DBS Singapore. She started her career as a Management Associate in DBS Bank and has held several leadership roles in digital product management, partnerships, strategy planning and digital transformation across key Asian markets.
Sharon is passionate about using innovation and technology to make a difference to the community. She is on the board of The Red Pencil, a charity that seeks to promote mental wellbeing through the use of art therapy. She also served on the Executive Committee of the Young Women’s Leadership Connection.

Jia Yun Wong (Business Development Director of Visa)

Business Development Director of Visa

Jia Yun is a Business Development Director at Visa, covering one of Visa’s largest financial institution clients with a global presence across Asia, Middle East and Africa. Prior to Visa, Jia Yun has also been in product and digital partnerships roles within fintech and payments, as well as corporate and the Singapore government (Economic Development Board). She has worked in the UK, Germany and Malaysia. Outside of her day job, Jia Yun is the immediate past chairperson and now advisor to YWLC. She also sits on the board of the Singapore Council of Women's Organisations, a non-profit established in 1980 to support the interests of >600,000 women in Singapore across >60 member organisations, with a focus on women and children suffering from domestic violence; and advancing women and girls in leadership.
