Methodology:
This masterclass shall provide multiple opportunities for participants to practice newly acquired negotiation techniques with fellow participants in a safe environment where experimentation is encouraged, and every interaction is an opportunity for growth. Participants will embrace sharpened skill sets, be empowered with the courage and confidence to handle difficult conversations, and ultimately adopt a fearless approach towards negotiations.
