In this highly interactive workshop led by Chuen Chuen Yeo and organised by the YWLC Leadership Development subcommittee, we will demystify executive presence through a practical three-part formula. Designed for leaders who aspire to inspire and influence, the session will guide you to build a leadership presence that reflects your unique style - one that not only attracts but compels others to follow your lead.


As Maya Angelou famously said, "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." This workshop focuses on cultivating internal resources that form the foundation of an authentic executive presence, rather than relying on surface-level appearances.

Through real-world strategies and actionable insights, you'll uncover how to shift your mindset, address biases, and lead with confidence.


By the end of the session, participants will:

- Discover the three elements that constitute the formula for executive presence.

- Build a leadership persona aligned with personal values and strengths.

- Identify common biases female leaders face and learn strategies to address them.

- Craft a personalized action plan to strengthen leadership presence.
