In her current role as the Head of Enterprise Solutions Group at LinkedIn, Monica oversees the Southeast Asia and Korea region, managing a diverse portfolio of enterprise-tier marketing solutions customers. Her responsibilities include fostering partnerships, guiding clients on crucial marketing and B2B research themes, and negotiating successful closures of annual media and non-media agreements across various industries.

Beyond her professional achievements, she is deeply committed to advocating for women in leadership roles, co-leading the Women@LinkedIn Employee Resource Group (ERG) for the Asia-Pacific region. Her passion for fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace extends to her role as a speaker at industry conferences and as a judge for prestigious awards.

Mili and Maya are sisters and co-founders of Moom Health. They are originally Indian but both grew up in Singapore. They were competitive swimmers through school in Singapore and then they went to college in the US. They pursued very different careers after graduating—Mili in education policy and Maya in marketing. During the pandemic, they were living under the same roof for the first time in 10 years, which gave them the time to sit down and finally launch Moom! They created natural supplements for the modern Asian women that’s 100% natural and 100% convenient.

Joe heads up Bloomberg's strategic partnerships for the financial solutions group in Asia Pacific. Previously, she was the Head of Buyside Order Management System for the ASEAN region. She has a 17 year tenure at Bloomberg, moving across departments and roles in Singapore, China and Hong Kong. Having been an individual contributor as well as led a team, Joe brings the unique perspective of navigating changes through these transitions within the same company and having seen and supported her team members for the same.

Halynne is Spotify’s first product manager in Southeast Asia. Before joining Spotify, she worked at ShopBack and Changi Airport Group. Passionate about supporting women in tech, Halynne is the co-founder of Product Women, and was previously the Data Innovation Director at YWLC. She is also a graduate of Yale University and LSE. Halynne will be sharing more about how she has navigated her career thus far and providing advices to help you achieve your desired role even if you come from a different background in school.
