The years 2020 & 2021 have not been kind to our mental health and our general wellbeing. Navigating through change and uncertainty can bring about heightened anxiety, fears and plenty of questions on where we should be headed, how we stay relevant, how we find meaning in it and balance it all out with our strengths and interests. No one is alone in experiencing this. In this session on Finding Your Ikigai, I will share stories and four important tips to help one gain more confidence, clarity in direction, that can support their transition into the workplace. Join me in a journey of self discovery and reflection.

Redefining success: Taking bold moves
A-Young KimRachel LimJeraldine Phneah

A 'successful' future is often defined for us by society since young, but what does it mean to be truly 'successful'? Not all of us are so fortunate to figure out what 'success' means for us, and sometimes we only find out its true meaning after trying out different roles or taking an alternative path, all of which requires courage to make a pivotal decision. Yet, these can be extremely daunting. How does one make courageous decisions despite societal pressures and expectations? What can one gain from making bold moves, and what are the tradeoffs that we often do not see? Hear from our panelists and their personal journeys in pursuing passion, ensuring their voices are heard, and thriving in today's society.
