Navigating through change and uncertainty can bring about heightened anxiety, fears and plenty of questions on where we should be headed, how we stay relevant, how we find meaning in it and balance it all out with our strengths and interests. In this session on Finding Your Ikigai, I will share stories and four important tips to help one gain more confidence, clarity in direction, that can support their transition into the workplace.
