In this workshop, hear stories from our speaker and how we can support one another as peers and managers. As the workplace and community becomes increasingly diverse, it is ever more important to learn about the diversity of cultures and be inclusive. Learn what it truly means to be an ally and explore tools and frameworks used to identify, address, and stop exclusive behaviours.
It is an opportunity to share your experiences, ask essential questions, and have honest conversations in a safe environment.
