Georgette Tan is President of United Women Singapore (UWS), a non profit organisation advocating gender equality, women’s empowerment and focused on building the pipeline of future female leaders.

She is on the board of the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations (SCWO) and is Chair of BoardAgender, an initiative of SCWO focused on increasing the number of women on boards in Singapore. She is also a board member of SG Her Empowerment (SHE), an NGO that gathers the views and input on issues surrounding the advancement of women and girls, land advocates policies that helps women and girls optimise their family, career and personal lives.

She serves on the Climate Action SG Alliance (CASA), other Alliance for Action (AFA) Committees relating to tech-facilitated gender violence and other women’s issues in Singapore, and serves on the industry advisory panel for the Global Women in Public Relations Singapore.

Georgette served on the Taskforce on Family Violence, co-chaired by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).

Georgette was previously Senior Vice President, Communications at Mastercard, where for over 18 years, she was responsible for external and internal communication. She also spearheaded Mastercard’s Corporate Social Responsibility efforts, which focused on education and development programs to help empower women and children across the Asia Pacific region.

With her broad experience across consulting and various HR functions, she uses her expertise to equip women of colour to advance in their careers and design workspaces that welcome and foster everyone’s potential. She also actively participates in dialogues on advancing D&I on forums such as podcasts and panel discussions and has been recognised for her thought leadership on various social channels.

Gloria Arlini has over 15 years of experience traversing the public, private and people sectors across Asia. She is currently the Programme Director of the SG Her Empowerment (SHE) in Singapore, a non-profit with Institution of a Public Character status that seeks to empower girls and women. Part of the pioneering Management team, she is responsible, among others, for setting up Singapore’s first one-stop support centre for victims of online harms offering a holistic range of counselling and pro-bono legal services.

She previously headed the public-private-people collaboration portfolio at the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre, where she also established the organization’s Scenario Planning unit, and co-led nation-wide studies on volunteerism and philanthropy. Additionally, she was the Co-founder of Chapter W, a social enterprise empowering Indonesian rural women through technology and entrepreneurship. A seasoned social impact practitioner and researcher, she has spoken on various global platforms on topics such as volunteerism and women empowerment in Asia.

Feetri Rahim is a content creator and strategist who helps passion-based businesses achieve growth and increased brand awareness through organic marketing strategies.

She has been running 15 Big Dreams since 2020, but has been working to improve different Instagram pages since 2013.

She currently manages and create content for her client’s social media accounts and does social media coaching for soloprenuers.

When she’s not working, she’s just a stay-at-home mum to a 3 year old boy and a 10 month baby girl.

No stranger to change, her transition from being a pharmacist to working in a multi-national healthcare technology company to starting her own practice as a life coach, reflects her coaching style of exploring the unknown and remaining curious about life.
