Avon Neo
Managing Director at NomuraAvon Neo is Head of Global Markets Private Bank Sales, Asia ex-Japan at Nomura. She joined Nomura in 2010 and has over 20 years of financial services experience with prior stints in HSBC and Citibank. Avon also joined EMpower's Hong Kong Board in 2022, and is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion.
Avon holds a First Class Honor in Finance from the University of Western Australia.
Imane Jamal Eddine
Chief of Staff to the President of Microsoft Asia at Microsoft AsiaImane Jamal Eddine is the Chief of Staff for Microsoft Asia, partnering with Microsoft Asia President Ahmed Mazhari to support business operations and lead strategy execution. Appointed in 2022, she drives thought leadership and spearheads business transformation. Imane is a strong advocate for inclusivity in the workplace, founding Lean In Women In Tech, Singapore, and regularly delivering keynote talks to encourage girls to pursue STEM opportunities.
Prior to Microsoft, she had over 17 years of experience in consulting, customer success, engineering, and product management.
Imane is a Japanese citizen of Moroccan descent and holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Communication Engineering from Tohoku University.
