In line with the global International Women's Day 2021's focus, YWLC's flagship IWD 2021 is centered around the theme of "Be The Change". Be it challenging the gender pay gap at their workplace, advocating for environmental sustainability, or taking the first step to launch a community project, we seek to equip participants with a toolkit that guides them in discovering, defining and articulating their changemaking goals; developing a plan; and executing the steps to achieve these goals.
To celebrate IWD, the Young Women's Leadership Connection & International Coaching Federation (Singapore) have partnered to organise an Experience Coaching session to help participants explore how to become a changemaker in their everyday lives. Participants will be individually paired with an ICF Certified Coach for a 45-minutes 1:1 coaching session. During this session, participants will be given a safe space to explore any personal and/or professional goals with their assigned coach. This event will be held online over Zoom.
This YWLC x ICF event is the second of a 2-part IWD event around "Be The Change". The first part is the YWLC x Mercer Be The Change main event & workshop, which participants may register for here.
Due to the limited number of 1-on-1 coaching slots available, priority will be given to participants who are YWLC members and who will also attend the YWLC x Mercer IWD 2021 Be The Change main event on 17 March, 7-9pm.
