The White Paper on Singapore Women's Development reflects the key considerations and roadmap of our efforts towards gender equality. But what is the situation in Singapore really like? Is there a gender gap here? What does the data tell us? What is the role of advocates in advancing women's development? How can we, as professionals, navigate unequal scenarios we may face in our work and day-to-day lives?
