This time round, we will be sharing on the following topics:

- What does leadership means to you and what's your style,
- Managing stakeholders with different leadership style/communication methods
- Managing generational gaps
- New workplace trends and its impact on team dynamics,
- Communicating to people from different generations/backgrounds
- Expectation alignment within a team
Mentees are encouraged to read up and craft your own questions, and come to the session prepared!
