Breakfast Club is an initiative from the Leadership Development subcommittee, where participants can glean insights from accomplished females leaders about their careers and leadership journeys, while fostering genuine connections through authentic & raw group conversations held over the breakfast table.
In this iteration of the YWLC Breakfast Club, we explore the topic of "Stepping up as first-time female leaders". Leadership is an incredibly important skill in the workplace, and as junior female professionals grow and rise up in their careers, there comes a time when they might become first time project or team managers. In this session, participants will hear from 2 speakers on their experiences in leadership and management, how to find your own leadership style, having difficult conversations and building confidence as a leader.
