FWLF is YWLC's largest flagship event for final-year female undergraduate students and fresh graduates from Singapore's local and private universities, where participants will learn from and exchange ideas with established female leaders and fellow peers from various industries.

This year's FWLF theme is Finding Your Path which focuses on early career transitions, supporting participants as they navigate the critical first few years of their professional journeys. Hosted at Goldman Sachs, we have invited industry practitioners to offer practical strategies, insights, and a supportive network to help participants establish fulfilling and successful careers.

FWLF will begin with a panel discussion on the theme "Finding Your Path" by Sharon Tan (DBS COO), Vanessa Paranjothy (Co-founder of Freedom Cup, Forbes 30 under 30 and Product Manager at TikTok) and Ainul Md Razib (Founder of AinLovesCode and engineer at IBM).

This is followed by a preview of the career opportunities at Goldman Sachs before ending off with a practical, hands on LinkedIn workshop for attendees to better position themselves online.

This event is open to penultimate students and graduates with maximum 5 years of work experience. We also cordially invite participants to apply for YWLC membership after the event.
