FWLF is YWLC's largest flagship event for final-year female undergraduate students and fresh graduates from Singapore's local and private universities, where participants will learn from and exchange ideas with established female leaders and fellow peers from various industries.
This year's FWLF theme is Taking Bold Moves which seeks to bring clarity to young women seeking passion in their careers during changing times. As young females step into the workforce, we hope to create a space for enriching discussions on charting one's path with purpose, passion and poise. Through discussions across the speaker segments, we hope to bring comfort in venturing into the unknown for young women in one of the most important transitory periods.
FWLF will begin with a keynote address ("Taking Bold Moves to Finding Your Passion") by Ms. Halynne Shi (Product Manager, Spotify) followed by a panel discussion ("Taking Bold Moves in Navigating Uncertainties") with speakers that include Ms. Maya Kale (Co-founder, Moom Health), Ms. Joe Lee (Strategic Partnership, Asia Pacific, Bloomberg) and Ms. Monica Bhatia (Head of SEA & Korea, (Enterprise), LinkedIn Marketing Solutions).
