Krisztina Anspach is the lead of CRA | Admired Leadership® | Asia.

As the leader of Admired Leadership® | Asia, Krisztina Anspach counsels senior leaders across various countries and industries in Asia and globally. She provides coaching for leaders and teams in the areas of building and leading teams, leadership communication, performance and talent management, and relationship building. Krisztina brings to her clients her extensive experience in developing businesses and leading teams at top tier investment banks, across numerous countries in Europe, Middle-East, Africa, and in Asia-Pacific.

For over a decade she was a Managing Director at BNP Paribas within its Global Markets businesses where she led teams based in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and Australia. She was in charge of building BNP Paribas's presence in Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. She covered institutional investors, private and retail banks for investment products and solutions.

Throughout her tenure at BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank, Krisztina has built a strong track record in leading rapidly expanding teams in emerging areas of business in a wide range of geographies. She has recruited and coached multinational talent and driven exceptional performance. Krisztina is also involved in inclusive leadership initiatives across the financial services industry in Hong-Kong.

She is a member of the industry group "Women Chief Executive Hong Kong" and has initiated leadership mentoring programs industry wide. Krisztina was born in Hungary and has lived in the Middle-East, France, London and Hong-Kong. She has graduated from HEC Paris with a Master's Degree in Finance and holds a post-graduate degree in Financial Law. She currently resides in Hong Kong.
